High School Prep

Our high school prep program offers 2 opportunities for players to prepare for the high school season. We have drop-in training 4 nights/week all summer starting as soon as school gets out. At the end of the summer we have high school prep camp, which is designed to mentally and physically prepare players for the demands of the high school preseason and season in a 1-week soccer boot camp.

High School Prep Camp
High School Prep Camp is designed to improve and sharpen technical skill and tactical decision making as well as physically prepare players for the demands of the high school season. Each player will receive a summer training program that begins on June 19th and takes the players all the way through summer to the high school season. High School Summer Training: DROP-IN
Summer Training is drop-in, come as little or as much as is convenient for you!

Summer Field Training (Mon/Wed)
The focus is on improving players technical skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, etc) and tactical skills (decision making in games).

  • Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30-7:45pm
  • Begins Monday, June 22, 2020
  • Dulaney Springs Park (2150 Old Bosley Rd. Cockeysville, MD)
  • $20 Drop-In or $70/4 Sessions

Summer Strength and Conditioning Training (Tues/Thurs)
This is very important for the high school game as a "stronger" presence on the field can help players dominate. For younger players, improving strength can help them compete against the older players in preseason and throughout the high school season. Fitness level is also a crucial part to success in the high school season. Both performance on the field and performance in fitness tests can weigh very heavily on success level!

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm
  • Begins Tuesdays, June 23, 2020
  • SoccerBox (29 Greenmeadow Drive, Timonium, MD 21093)
  • $20 Drop-In or $70/4 Sessions
